Machine futures
The XZT-130 servo cup machine is a new type of paper cup machine developed by our company. It changes the structure of traditional paper cup machine which is driven by chains and gears, it uses independent servo motors to control the action of each part, including paper suction, cup forming, cup turning, cup topping, mold indexing, and other structures, making the machine run faster, with better precision, lower noise and more convenient operation.
A total of several independent servo systems are used in the whole machine for stable running speed.

Mechanical Quality Guarantee 1. Mechanical parts are guaranteed for 1 year, and electrical parts and vulnerable parts are guaranteed for 1 year. 2. All parts on forming table are easy to access for maintenance. 3. All parts under forming table are lubricated by grease. The grease pot needs to be filled up every 3-4 month

Production Efficiency 1. Production output up to 70,000 cups per shift (8 hours), up to 3-4million cups per month (2 shifts); 2. Percentage of passes is higher than 99% under normal production; 3. One operator can handle several machines at the same time.

Compare with traditional machine

The traditional paper cup machine is filled with oil and dirt over a period of time.

The chain will loosen, triggering collisions due to uncoordinated coherent movements, resulting in easy damage to machine components.

This in turn produces problems such as untidy paper feeding and damage to the intermittent indexing box from the inertial impulse.

Therefore, after a year or two of use, there are many problems with the machine that required constant repair by the mechanic.

Most parts of our servo-driven paper cup machine are independently controlled by servo motors, replacing most of the chains and gears of traditional machines, increasing the accuracy and speed of the machine, and with an automatic grease lubrication system that greatly reduces oil and dirt.
