The XZT-150S full servo paper square container machine is excellent efficiency and stability. Compared to traditional machines with mechanical operation, our servo-operated machine offers greater precision, stability, and speed, with a lower failure rate. Mechanical machines, due to their metal components, are susceptible to thermal expansion and contraction, leading to various issues such as gear damage. This limits their operational speed and increases the risk of breakdowns.
For electrical parts, PLC, photoelectric tracking and servo feeding are used to control the running. This type machine's capacity is up to 110/min of square and rectangular bowl, suitable for the production of 12-45 ounces of cold/hot cups.
